Alpha Women’s Resource Center (AWRC) is located in Clarke County, Alabama and is the only pregnancy resource center in Clarke, Washington, Monroe, & Choctaw counties. AWRC is an affiliate of CareNet, a partner agency of United Way of Southwest Alabama, and a member of AACC, Monroeville Chamber of Commerce, and the Jackson Area Chamber of Commerce. We serve a large rural area and use a mobile medical unit to serve outlying areas once a week. The center is open Tuesday – Thursdays and the mobile unit travels to a different site once a week. Clients are seen by appointment at the center and on the mobile medical unit.
